RCNA CNE Endorsement

The Royal College of Nursing, Australia (RCNA), as Australia’s peak professional nursing organisation, has provided an endorsement and accreditation service to education providers for the last few years.

Endorsement is a process designed to enable the nursing profession to assess, and give recognition to short nursing courses and other educational activities, such as seminars, conferences and workshops. This demonstrates a standard considered appropriate to facilitate the further education of nurses. It allows consumers, nurses and their employees to benefit from an objective evaluation when choosing the course or activity most likely to meet their needs. It also gives education providers guidelines of the profession’s expectations and minimises the risk of courses or programs being developed in isolation from the wider nursing profession.

It allows nurses to demonstrate professional development by accruing RCNA CNE points. Educational activities submitted to RCNA are rigorously reviewed by highly skilled and eminently qualified health professionals who are members of RCNA. PAUL HARTMANN Australia Pty Ltd is an authorised provider of endorsed courses according to the Royal College of Nursing, Australia approved criteria for endorsement.
