HILMAS

Welcome to HILMAS, the HARTMANN Incontinence Logistics Management and Assesment System. HILMAS provides HARTMANN customers with Online ordering, up to date product information, assistance with continence assesments, product allocation and accurate reporting and cost analysis.

Resident Continence Management

HILMAS can be used for online management of resident continence data and continence care plans. HILMAS helps with optimal product selection and allocation to control costs while providing individual and optimal care.

Easy and secure ordering

HILMAS is a web based ordering system which allows HARTMANN customers to easily place their orders for Continence aids, Wound Care and Skin Care products online.

  • Automated ordering system: HILMAS determines the optimal order quantity based on resident data and product usage to make the ordering process more time efficient for facility staff.
  • Customised product lists: Facilities can be set up with a customised product list to ensure correct product usage and ordering, according to facility guidelines.
  • Order approval function: Facility or group management can be set up to approve all orders generated in HILMAS to ensure that set budgets and guidelines are followed.
  • Displaying order status: The status of an order can be displayed to easily track orders which have been, or need to be processed.

Cost analysis and reporting

HILMAS allows for a variety of reports regarding costs, budgets and product usage.

  • Cost forecasting: Expected daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly costs can be easily monitored at facility and group level to ensure that set budgets are met.
  • Cost control: Planned and actual costs can be compared to allow control, cost transparency and optimisation of product usage.
  • Comprehensive cost reports: Cost reports can be viewed as total costs, costs per ward, costs per product even costs per incontinent resident or per bed/ day. Reports are available as tables or graphs for an easy to understand overview of spending.
  • Cost vs. Budget: HILMAS provides actual costs vs. budget reports to easily monitor budgets and facility spending.
  • Reporting on a group level: Specific group management access can be set up for accessing all facility ordering information and cost analysis reports. An easy way to get an overview of forecasted and actual spending in different facilities within the same group.
