Reporting
HARTMANN can provide you with reports such as DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time), emergency orders, complaints, quality issues and cost reports. These are useful in managing performance and management meetings and reviews.
HILMAS additionally allows you to monitor cost at a facility level and act as an internal benchmark at a group level.
Support Materials
HARTMANN can supply you with supporting materials, such as fitting DVDs and charts, HARTMANN resource materials, pad allocation holders for incontinent residents and user guides.
On-site Support
HARTMANN works closely with your facility to ensure that all staff are provided with training and education and are familiar with all HARTMANN products, in respect to usage and application. HARTMANN’s business consultants will make regular visits to all your facilities to service and educate your staff.
